Sign Off

1. The Client, hereby satisfied with the outcome of the completed website development rendered by Creative Code.

2. With this endorsement, I hereby consent to the closer of services rendered by Creative Code, and act as a mutual agreement between Creative Code and the Client. This also applies to non-refundable of fees already paid to Creative Code.

3. Any other further service(s) required after the signing of this document, will be set as a new form of agreement, and other charges will applies accordingly, not in conjunction with the completed project.

4. The Client will pay an annual fee for domain and hosting directly to their online web providers. Creative Code is not responsible and do not play any part in the amount reflected on the invoices for subsequent annual billing for hosting and domain.

5. The Client is responsible to update apps for own website. Updating may be done via login into their website account. Go to Dashboard / Updates.

6. Creative Code is not responsible for any non-working or discontinuation of the plugins/apps, as those are controlled by the author of respective plugins/apps developers.

7. Client is given 1 month of after services for any issues with regards to the website development. The date of after services shall start from the date of signing off the project.

This digital form will mark as the end of completed project, or cease of incompleted job scope with mutual agreement between both parties, namely Creative Code Studio and its client.

Creative Code is to check or test the following applications, whichever is applicable. Checked boxes will be reflected as applications already changed and successfully tested.
